How much does a manual application service cost?
Manual application services sell a fixed number of applications or a single employer, and you pay once before the work starts:
- Forlanse: SAR 99 for 40 applications, and SAR 50 for each 20 extra [1].
- خدمتي الالكترونية: SAR 30 to register for Aramco jobs only, which is one employer [3].
- خدمتي الالكترونية: SAR 99 for "خدمة ارسال السيرة"; the page states neither the number of companies nor the timing [2].
- HiresMe: SAR 112, 150 or 188 to email your CV to 1,500, 3,000 or 8,000 companies [5].
- CV Line: the "لاين برو" package at SAR 195 includes "sending the CV to 500 entities" [4].
Badali is a monthly subscription: SAR 59 for Starter, SAR 99 for Plus, SAR 219 for Power, and every plan includes applications and emails together. Paying every 3 months gives you 20 to 30% off.
Price per application: the maths
We divide the price by the number of applications and leave the emails out, so the figure is the worst case for Badali:

So one application at Forlanse costs more than 4 times what it costs on Badali's Starter plan, and the same plan adds 300 emails to companies on top of the applications.
Who chooses the jobs and the companies?
At Forlanse you give "the job title and city", and the service chooses the 40 jobs [1]. With CV sending services you choose a field or region and a number of companies, and the page does not say you pick each company yourself [4][5].
On Badali:
- You choose every job your application goes to.
- You choose the companies that get your email, by the industry you want.
Do you know where your email went?
Some services sell sending your CV to thousands of companies (1,500, 3,000 or 8,000) without mentioning on their page a report on whether each email was delivered or bounced [5][6]. In the list shown on one of these services' pages, 680 of 7,946 addresses (9%) are on Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, Live and Gawab, not company email [7].
On Badali you see the status of every email: delivered, bounced, or replied. And you see every application in your account.
How long do you wait?
Forlanse's page says the report is delivered "within 7 working days" [1]. On Badali you choose the jobs yourself and follow each application in your account, without waiting for a report at the end.
Why applications and emails in one subscription?
Many large companies in Saudi Arabia take applications in their own hiring system, such as Workday, Oracle or SuccessFactors, and other companies hire through the HR email. If you rely on only one route, you miss the companies that use the other.
Badali fills in the application and submits it on the company's own hiring system, and receives the verification codes these systems send by email so it can finish the application. In the same subscription it sends emails to the companies you choose, and shows you what happened to each one.

On the pages we reviewed on 30 October 2026, we found no service that states a hiring guarantee [1][2][4][5]. Nobody can guarantee you a job, and Badali does not promise one. What you get on Badali is seeing what happened to every application and every email.
How much does one job application cost?
On Badali, SAR 0.44 to 0.59 depending on the plan, with the emails on top. At one manual service we reviewed it is SAR 2.48 per application [1], and at another SAR 30 to register with one employer [3].
Can I choose the companies that receive my CV?
On Badali, yes: you choose companies by industry, and you choose every job your application goes to.
How do I know my email reached the company?
On Badali you see the status of every email: delivered, bounced, or replied. The HiresMe and CV Line pages do not mention a report on whether each email was delivered or bounced [4][5][6].
