# How to Apply on Workday, Oracle and SuccessFactors: The Steps

On all three systems you create an account at each company separately, confirm your email with a code or link, then fill in the form, upload your CV and submit. The steps are similar, but the questions and fields differ from company to company because each company configures its own system.

## Why does every company ask for a new account?

Workday, Oracle and SuccessFactors are systems a company buys and runs on its own careers site. So:

- Your account at one company does not work at another, even on the same system.
- Each company chooses its questions: qualification, experience, nationality, expected salary, and job-specific questions.
- Each company sends verification and confirmation emails from its own address.

The steps below are general and common on these systems; each company may change the questions and their order in its own form.

## Workday steps

1. Open the job from the careers page on the company's site and click "Apply".
2. Choose how to apply: upload your CV to autofill, or fill in by hand.
3. Create an account with your email and a password, and confirm the email if the system asks.
4. Fill in the sections: your details, experience, education, languages, and job questions.
5. Answer the required declarations, review the summary, and click "Submit".
6. Track the status from "Candidate Home". What each status means is in [Workday application status meanings](https://getbadali.com/guides/workday-application-status?lang=en).

## Oracle steps

1. Open the job on the company's careers site and click "Apply".
2. Enter your email and accept the privacy terms.
3. On many sites a verification code arrives by email; enter it to continue.
4. Fill in your details, upload your CV, and answer the job questions.
5. Some companies ask for an e-signature by typing your name at the end of the form.
6. Submit, and a confirmation email arrives.

## SuccessFactors steps

1. Open the job and click "Apply".
2. Sign in or create an account with an email and password; some companies send an activation link.
3. Upload your CV or fill in your profile by hand.
4. Answer the job questions and declarations.
5. Submit, and track the status from your applications page on the company's site.

## The email verification code

Many systems send a code or link to confirm your email before you continue, or before you can sign in. If it does not arrive:

- Check your spam and promotions folders.
- Make sure you typed the email correctly.
- Request the code again after a few minutes; do not press "Resend" many times in a row.

Badali handles the verification codes that hiring systems send and completes the application without you opening your email.

## Why some applications take longer than others

There is no fixed length. It depends on how many questions the company asks, whether the system reads your CV and fills the fields, and whether you already have an account at that company. The first application at any company takes longer because it includes creating the account and confirming the email.

With Badali you choose the job, and Badali fills in the application and submits it on the company's own system: Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, Workable, Manatal, Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Recruitee, Teamtailor, Breezy and Pinpoint. You see every application in your account.

## FAQ

### Why didn't my verification code arrive?
It is usually in spam, the email was mistyped, or the code is delayed. Wait a few minutes and request it again. With Badali, the platform receives the code and completes the application.

### Can I use the same account for every company?
No. Each company has a separate account on its own careers site, even on the same system.

### Should I upload an Arabic or English CV?
Most of these systems at large companies run in English, so an English CV fits best. If the posting is in Arabic, upload the Arabic CV.

### Do these systems charge to apply?
No. Applying on a company's official careers site does not ask for fees.
