# Saudi Company Hiring Emails: How to Find Them Yourself Without PDF Lists

The most reliable source for a hiring email is the company's own website: its careers page or contact page, and an address on the company's own domain. Ready-made lists can hold personal or old addresses; in a list shown on the page of one CV-sending service, 9% of the addresses are on Gmail, Hotmail and Yahoo, not company email [1].

## What is wrong with ready-made email lists?

4. **The annual report or investor page** of listed companies: official contact addresses, though not always for hiring.

Sign of an official address: it ends with the company's own domain (for example @company.com.sa), not Gmail or Hotmail.

## Careers page or email?

If the company has a hiring system (Workday, Oracle, SuccessFactors or another), applying there is the official route, and an email alone may never enter your application into the system. If the company has no system and lists an email, the email is the route.
