SAR 30 for one employer versus SAR 59 for 100 applications
The service describes itself as "registration for Aramco jobs": "entering your details", "preparing and uploading your CV", and "completing your application until reaching the application stage" [1]. So you pay SAR 30 for one company. For about twice that amount, Badali gives you 100 applications at different companies and 300 emails.
Applying to Aramco itself is free
