Terms of Use

Badali (منصة بدالي), a Saudi company·Last updated 1 November 2026

These terms apply from the date they are published on the site. By creating a Badali account or using Badali, you agree to these terms. The Privacy Policy explains how Badali handles your data.

1. Service provider

Badali (منصة بدالي) provides the service at getbadali.com, commercial registration 7055012772.

For the service, subscriptions or complaints: [email protected]

2. The service

Badali applies for you to the jobs you choose on employers' hiring systems, and emails your CV to the companies you choose.

  • Badali sends no application until you press Apply on that job.
  • Badali does not guarantee that your application is accepted or that you get an interview or a job offer. Hiring decisions belong to the employer.
  • Badali never accepts a job offer or signs an employment contract for you.

3. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • One account per person, in your own name and with your own details.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done from your account.

4. Your information

  • Give accurate, current information about yourself.
  • Do not enter false qualifications or experience, and do not apply in someone else's name.
  • Check your profile, saved answers and default answers before you apply. Badali sends what is saved in your profile.

5. Application authorization and employer accounts

At sign-up, you agree that Badali creates and manages accounts in your name on employers' hiring systems (such as Workday), only to apply for jobs you choose. With each application, you authorize Badali to:

  • fill in the employer's form from your profile and saved answers, and submit it;
  • upload the English CV Badali makes, with your managed address on it;
  • create an account in your name on the hiring system when needed, with your managed address and a password Badali creates, keeps encrypted and never shows;
  • answer automatically the questions that have no saved answer, as the Privacy Policy explains. This includes accepting the terms an application requires, and choosing the answer that meets the job's must-have requirements.

When you apply, you confirm you meet the job's stated requirements. If you do not meet them, do not apply.

You can change any default answer, or choose "Ask me" for it, in your profile. You can disconnect any employer account at any time in Settings.

This authorization never covers agreeing to marketing, contacting your current employer, or paying any fee to an employer.

6. Managed email

Each user has an address on @najdmail.com that Badali uses for applications. Badali reads verification codes and receipts automatically to finish your application. When forwarding is available, a copy of your messages is sent to your personal email after you verify it.

Your address is never given to anyone else, even after you delete your account.

7. Emails to companies

Badali sends your CV and message to the companies you choose. Do not use this for misleading or unlawful content or to impersonate anyone. Badali does not guarantee that a message reaches the inbox or that the company replies.

8. Plans and prices

PlanApplicationsEmailsMonthly price
Free start35Free, once, no card
Starter100 a month300 a monthSAR 59
Plus200 a month600 a monthSAR 99
Power500 a month1,200 a monthSAR 219
  • Paying every 3 months gives a discount: 20% on Starter (SAR 141.60 every 3 months), 30% on Plus (SAR 207.90) and 25% on Power (SAR 492.75). Your allowance stays monthly.
  • Prices are final. Badali is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.
  • Paid plans are not open yet. Today only the free start is available. The rest of this section and sections 10 and 11 describe how paid plans will work when they open.
  • Payment will be through Moyasar with mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay.

9. How your allowance is counted

  • An application counts only after its submission to the employer is confirmed, and once per job.
  • An unconfirmed application is shown to you as sent, but does not count.
  • A failed or cancelled attempt does not count.
  • An application in progress holds a place in your allowance for a while. The place comes back if the application fails, is cancelled or is not confirmed within 72 hours.
  • An email counts when the email provider accepts it for sending.
  • The free allowance is given once and does not renew. A paid plan's allowance renews each month from your subscription date, and unused allowance does not carry over.

10. Renewal and cancellation

  • When you subscribe, your plan will renew automatically each period (monthly, or every 3 months) until you cancel.
  • You will be able to cancel at any time from your account with one click. After you cancel, your plan does not renew and stays active until the end of the paid period.
  • After the period ends, your account and data stay unless you ask to delete them.

11. Refunds

  • You can get a full refund within 7 days of paying if you have used nothing from that period's allowance. E-Commerce Law, Article 13
  • After that there is no refund, and your plan keeps working until the end of the period.
  • If Badali delays or fails to provide the service, your legal rights apply. E-Commerce Law, Article 14
  • To ask for a refund, email [email protected] from your account email. The money goes back to the same payment method through Moyasar.

12. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • apply in someone else's name, or enter false information;
  • try to access other people's accounts or Badali's systems;
  • disrupt the service or upload harmful files;
  • send spam or unlawful messages.

If you break these terms, Badali may suspend or close your account and will tell you why where it can. If an account is closed for a breach, the current paid period is not refunded, except where the law requires.

13. Limits of the service

  • An employer may change its form, close the job or have an outage. Not every application can be completed automatically.
  • Some jobs require you to finish the application on the employer's site.
  • Badali is not responsible for employers' decisions or their systems' outages, to the extent the law allows. This does not remove any right you have that cannot lawfully be waived.

14. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains what data Badali collects, why, who receives it, where it is processed, how long it is kept and how to get a copy or delete it. Accepting these terms does not remove your rights under the Personal Data Protection Law. PDPL, Articles 4 to 7

15. Changes to these terms

For a material change, Badali tells you by email and on the site 14 days before it applies. If you do not accept the change, you can cancel before it applies. The price of a period you have already paid does not change.

16. Governing law and language

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts in Saudi Arabia decide any dispute.
  • These terms are in Arabic and English. If the two differ, the Arabic text prevails.
  • For any question or complaint, email [email protected] with your account email. Do not send your password.
