How to Send Your CV to Company Emails in Saudi Arabia
Pick the companies that work in your field, take the official hiring email from each company's own website, and send each one a short email with the job title, your name and your CV as a PDF. Then record which emails bounced and which companies replied, and follow up only once.
Sending your CV to dozens of companies you chose in your field, at each one's official address, works better than sending it to thousands of addresses from a ready-made list.
Step 1: Choose companies in your field
Start with a list of companies in your field and city: accounting, engineering, IT, sales and so on. A company that does not hire your specialty will not reply however often you write.
Step 2: Take the official email from the company website
The right hiring email is listed on the company's careers or contact page, on the company's own domain. Details in Saudi company hiring emails: find them yourself. If the careers page sends you to a hiring system such as Workday or Oracle, apply there as well, because that is their official route.
Step 3: One short email per company
- Subject: "Application: [Job Title], [Your Name]".
- Body: 4 to 6 lines with the job title, your experience and how to reach you.
- Attachment: your CV as one PDF named after you.

Step 4: Send in batches
Do not send hundreds of emails from your personal account at once. Google publishes sender guidelines, and bulk mail that does not follow them may be rejected or go to spam [1]. Each day, send as many as you can write a fitting email for.
Step 5: Track bounces and replies
An email that comes back with an error means the address is wrong or old, so remove it from your list. Keep a table: company, address, date, bounced or not, replied or not. If there is no reply after about a week, follow up once.
What about ready-made email lists?
"Thousands of companies" lists and PDF files contain old addresses and Gmail or Hotmail addresses, which raises bounces. The full comparison is in Badali vs services that send your CV to thousands of companies.

Frequently asked questions
Do I send the same email to every company?
You can use the same template, but change the company name and job title in each email, and send each company its own email.
How many companies should I email?
There is no single number for everyone. What matters is that the companies are in your field, the addresses are official, and you track what happened to each email.
Is there a free way to send my CV to companies?
Yes, send it yourself from your own email. On Badali you start with 5 emails and 3 applications free, no card.
Does an email replace applying on the company website?
No. If the company takes applications in a hiring system, applying there is the official route, and the email comes on top.
